Mr. Olugbolahan Mark-George - Llb Hons, ACII
Founding Principal /CEO is Olugbolahan. He is a financial services professional with about two decades of experience in venture capital, international finance, insurance and investment management. Olugbolahan is an accomplished manager with highly diverse business knowledge and propensity to initiate positive changes, capitalizing on strong business acumen and natural leadership talents to steer teams and company in a new direction. Proven ability in project management, financial advisory services and investment risk appraisal. Good knowledge and understanding of the local and international money and capital markets. Result orientated and resourceful energetic self-starter with creative and organisational skills, committed to superior customer service. He is Passionate about improving people and processes and committed to human development and community service.

He is a Chartered Insurer with a LLB (Hons) and Diplomas in Business and Finance and Investment Appraisal & Risk Analysis. He spent 9 years as a Divisional Director of Willis Faber & Dumas Limited, a London based Lloyd’s Broker and 10 years as the Managing Director of J. Akin-George & Co. Limited, a foremost indigenous insurance broker. Before founding Private Equity Partnership, he was the Country General Manager of GroFin Nigeria, a specialist financier and developer of SMEs. Prior to this he was the Head of Financial Advisory, First Funds Limited, the wholly owned private equity / venture capital company of First Bank Plc. He also had significant experience as Senior Associate, Head of Investment Management leading the Financial Advisory Services Group at Ventures & Trusts, a pioneer non-bank financial company
